Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from the program within 7 days of the first instructional session (i.e., prior to the second instructional session), they are eligible for a full refund for that semester.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sushymns.org.
No refunds will be issued once the 7-day withdrawal period has passed. After this period, students may choose either to continue attending classes or to withdraw from the program without receiving any refund.
Students are required to attend at least 60% of the live instructional sessions in order to qualify for admission to the end-of-semester examinations. Students who fail to meet the minimum attendance requirement may be denied admission to the exams and will be required to repeat the semester during a future academic year with full repayment of semester tuition.
Students who are not admitted to the end-of-semester examinations for any reason, whether due to personal circumstances, insufficient attendance, or any other cause, are not eligible for any refund. However, students may resume the program from the semester in which they left off, provided they re-enroll and repay the full semester tuition within a maximum period of three academic years following that semester.
Additionally, students who fail a semester may also be required to repeat that semester in a future academic year in accordance with the academic policies.
Students who wish to take a temporary break from the program may do so after successfully completing a semester and passing its final examination. Their enrollment may then be placed on hold, allowing them to resume from the following semester within a maximum of three academic years. For example, a student who successfully completes the Fall Semester of the 2027–2028 academic year may resume with the Spring Semester any time up to the 2030–2031 academic year. After that period, the student will be required to restart the program beginning with Year 1 Fall Semester.
Additionally, students who are removed from the program for any reason, including but not limited to academic dishonesty or violations of the code of conduct, are not eligible for any refund.
Grading and Appeals Policy
Grades are final and students do not have the right to appeal once results are issued (except for circumstances listed below).
Students may appeal to request scoresheets for classes which they failed. No appeals will be accepted for classes with passing grades.
Appeals must be submitted in writing to info@sushymns.org
