Cantor Melad Nady


Deacon Cantor Melad Nady has dedicated more than four decades to the service, teaching, and preservation of Coptic Orthodox hymns.

His journey began in 1980 at the St. Didymus Institute for Cantors in Cairo, Egypt, where he graduated in 1987. He began teaching at the institute immediately after graduation and continues to serve there today as the second year teacher, sharing his knowledge and experience with generations of students.

His ministry in the Church began while he was still a student at the institute. He began serving at St. Philopater Coptic Orthodox Church in Old Cairo and has remained a faithful servant there ever since.

Through his many years of teaching and service, Deacon Cantor Melad Nady has devoted himself to preserving the authentic Coptic hymn tradition and passing this treasured heritage on to future generations.


Cantor Elia Boules


Cantor Elia Boules graduated from the Saint Didymus Institute for Cantors in Cairo, Egypt in 2005.

From 2000-2003, Cantor Elia was appointed as Cantor of Saint George Church in Al Manial. From 2003-2022, Cantor Elia was appointed as Cantor of Saint Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Azbakeya, Cairo, Egypt.

Cantor Elia currently serves as the Cantor and teacher of St Shenouda and St Karas Coptic Orthodox Church in Uxbridge, MA.


Cantor Abanoub Nasfy


Cantor Abanoub Nasfy graduated from the Saint Didymus Institute for Cantors in Cairo, Egypt in 2017.

He served as the Cantor for several churches in Alexandria and teacher in the Aripsalin Institute for Cantors in Alexandria from 2018 to 2022.

Cantor Abanoub currently serves as the Cantor and teacher of St Mary and St Demiana Coptic Orthodox Church in Fall River, MA.
